Emulsifier

SPAN-80

Span-80 is a typical low molecular non-ionic surfactant with good emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating and solubilising properties, widely used in textiles, pharmaceuticals, food, petroleum, chemical and metal processing cutting industries, and is an important raw material for oil-in-water emulsified explosives.

Dispersant/Polymeric Emulsifier

Non-aggregating ash-free dispersant, with a unique emulsification mechanism, forms relatively stable latex particles through the dual action of physical and chemical adsorption during use, mainly applied in the preparation of waterproof explosives; it also has excellent low-temperature dispersibility and good high-temperature stability, and can be used to formulate medium and high-grade internal combustion engine lubricating oils, removing paint films, carbon deposits, and sludge adhered to engines, internal valves, and pistons.

Dispersant/Polymeric Emulsifier​(T152/T154/T155)

Mainly used in gelled emulsion explosives, it has the characteristics of high relative molecular weight, high viscosity, good emulsification effect, and strong adaptability, which can increase the viscosity of the colloid, change the appearance of the emulsion explosive, facilitate molding and loading, and improve the storage stability of the emulsion explosive.

Dispersant/Polymeric Emulsifier(H036/H038/H039)

Mainly used for matrix delivery and use on mixed loading vehicles, it features good fluidity, easy pumping, strong anti-jolt properties, and strong storage stability.

Dispersant/Polymeric Emulsifier(H027D/H021)

Mainly used in powdered emulsion explosives, it can improve the flowability of powdered emulsion explosives, prevent blockage and caking during production, and effectively enhance the detonation performance of the explosives.

Composite oil phase

Our company has developed C series, J series, G series, and CW series special compound oil phases (expanded oil phase, powdered oil phase, compound oil phase, liquid oil phase) according to different emulsion explosive production processes, suitable for multiple production lines.

Fatty acid

Fatty acids mainly refer to industrial products such as oleic acid and fatty acid methyl esters (biodiesel) derived from deep processing of acidified oils, and they have extensive industrial applications. Our company’s fatty acid process mainly produces oleic acid, which is an important fine chemical product and can be widely used in paints, inks, coatings, mineral flotation agents, film antistatic agents, lubricants, textile auxiliaries, and emulsion explosives. Oleic acid metal salts are widely used in surfactants and corrosion inhibitors. Oleic acid can also be modified through functional groups for use in lubricants, chemical analysis, pharmaceuticals, and other industries.

Lubricant additives(T866/T865)

Pour point depressants refer to chemicals that can lower the solidification point of lubricating oil. PPD is a polymer or condensate, whose molecules generally include polar groups (or aromatic nuclei) and chemical compositions similar to the alkyl chain structure of paraffin hydrocarbons. A small amount is usually added to significantly reduce the apparent viscosity and yield value of the oil at the freezing point, thereby improving the low-temperature fluidity of petroleum.

Lubricant additives(H680/H681)

Viscosity index improver, mainly used in lubricating oils, it provides thickening, shear stability, and oxidative resistance at both low and high temperatures, primarily used in hydraulic oils, gear oils, etc., to enhance the energy efficiency of hydraulic oils and extend their service life.

Lubricant additives(H660)

Lubricant detergent, mainly used in lubricating oil and wastewater treatment. Our company is the exclusive manufacturer of this product and is currently cooperating with Sinopec Petroleum and Chemical Research Institute. The product is used to replace imported high-end lubricant additive products and is exported to developed markets such as the United States and Canada.

Synthetic mineral oil

Synthetic mineral oil is a new coal-based synthetic oil technology developed by our company in cooperation with the Petrochemical Research Institute. It is currently mainly used in the oil-phase materials for industrial explosives production, replacing traditional motor oil and diesel products. It has characteristics of being economical, safe and efficient, while significantly improving absorption efficiency, enhancing the performance of explosives and noticeably reducing the cost of explosives.
