Factory capacity

The currently established production facilities include: a 25,000-ton/year compound oil-phase production line, a 7,000-ton/year dispersant production line (including packaging explosives, on-site mixed explosive series special emulsifiers: H031, H036, H037, H038, H039, etc.), an 8,000-ton/year S-80 emulsifier production line, a 10,000-ton/year fatty acid production line, a 5,000-ton/year compound emulsifier production line, a 2,000-ton/year pour point depressant production line, and a 1,000-ton/year cleaner production line. Supporting facilities such as the power workshop and sewage treatment are well-established, and a high-standard industry R&D centre has also been invested in and constructed.
